The entire night sky is filled with the Pleiades' Lost Sisters

 

The researchers found thousands of weak stellar siblings scattered across the sky by combining data from the European Space Agency's Gaia observatory with NASA's Transiting Exoplanet Survey Satellite (TESS). They create a vast network of stars known as the Greater Pleiades Complex, which is 20 times bigger than the traditional Pleiades. Read more...
