A man who was shot by federal law enforcement in Minneapolis on Saturday has passed away, according to statements from local and federal authorities, marking the second deadly incident this month involving federal agents amid an increase in immigration enforcement in the northern U.S. city.
The individual, whose identity remains unknown, was carrying a firearm along with two ammunition clips, as stated by the Department of Homeland Security.
A clip being shared on social platforms and broadcasted on television news channels depicted individuals in masks and tactical gear grappling with a man on a street blanketed in snow, followed by gunfire. In the footage, the man collapses onto the ground, and additional gunshots can be heard.
